St. Nicholas

An incredible gift from one of our parishioners and friends, Elena, who is a wonderful iconographer. (I put the watermark up so it couldn't be copied for prints). She unveiled it for us Christmas Eve and it's been in the altar since then. Father just brought it home.

 

As usual, some of the beauty is lost in a photograph, but the power it has in person... It's also very large, about 24 x 30 inches. 

Elena, we can't thank you enough!
