These are the smallest hats I've ever knitted. (Technically they would fit a 10-12 week baby, I think.) I made them for a friend who lost identical twins at 13 weeks last fall.
I'm so happy I finally got to the point of being able to knit them this small. The bows I made using a tutorial I found on Pinterest.
