Introducing: Cozy House Curios

I can't believe it, but I FINALLY opened the Etsy Shop

https://www.etsy.com/shop/CozyHouseCurios

I had this nice banner all worked out, then I found out that the banner had to be 760 pixels wide by a mere 100 pixels tall.  o.O  Gracious. So I redid the banner but kept this anyway. (c:

Let me know what you think! I'm really nervous and would welcome any suggestions. (Also, I'd welcome any publicity too!)

(I know there are only a handful of things in the shop right now, but I've been advised that it is better to open that way and then post something new every day. So keep checking back!)

  1. congratulations! An etsy shop has always seemed like fun to me, but i didnt have the talent or the discipline to actually put one together. I love your amazing miniatures. If you are ever in Danville, KY they have a dollhouse museum there. It might be a place that would be interested in your items.

    1. Oh, I've put this off for years. I finally got the fire lit under me and made it happen. I can't imagine that a MUSEUM would be interested! (c;

  3. Matushka, this is so exciting!
    I love the banner.
    All the listings are wonderful and I so look forward to more. Maybe you could turn some of your items into Christmas ornaments?

    1. How funny you should mention Christmas! I have some Christmas-themed items coming - at the moment they're all for the dollhouse, but I'll give some thought to full-size decorations. :)

  5. First things first: I'm glad you're back because for some reason my wordpress follower would never update to show your new posts from A Creative Slice.

    Secondly, I absolutely love the stuff in your shop! The photos are bright and show all the details and the items are not only adorable but clearly well crafted. I think this is a great outlet for your huge talent and hope it brings in a little revenue since payment for all your hard work is always a bonus! However, I was sad to see items only ship to US...

    Anyway, "good beginning" as we say with the shop and welcome home!

    1. Thank you! I can't predict shipping to every international destination in advance, especially not knowing the size or weight of the package, so I only have US shipping officially listed. BUT, I can arrange international shipping on an individual basis. I just amended the shop policy section to include that and make it clear. Thanks for pointing that out!

  6. Oh my! Your shop is the cutest thing ever! I wish I had a dollhouse. I love looking at all the little things. Are your girls contributing, too? And I agree your photos and presentation are perfect!

    I want to be a tiny person and sleep in this: https://www.etsy.com/listing/207739534/112-miniature-patchwork-quilt-with-two?ref=pr_shop
